    In this step, you will have to select the country as per the passport that you hold. If you have dual nationality, you must select the nationality of the passport that you will use for your travel.

    The passport that you use for the application must be the same as the one you will use while travelling to Equatorial Guinea. If different, then your E-Visa will be invalid.

    Your passport should be valid for at least 30 days from your date of arrival to Equatorial Guinea. The passport should have at least 1 blank page for stamping by the Immigration Officer

    The only travel document that can be used in the E-Visa application process is your regular passport. Other travel documents are not acceptable for E-Visa application.

    During your E-Visa application, make sure that the information provided by you matches exactly with the information on your passport, otherwise your E-Visa will be invalid and you will not be eligible for a refund. The refund amount would not include the service charges or any applicable taxes if charged by VFS Global/ Banks. User/Applicants explicitly agree to accept that these charges would be borne by them and are non-refundable in any circumstances whatsoever. Though the process of refund would be initiated, the actual credit to the applicant’s account will depend on the different payment / billing cycles of the debit / credit card companies / banks world over etc. and may be on many other reasons.

    Further, VFS Global shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever to any user/visa applicant/s for any Documents lost in transit by accident, theft, natural calamities (acts of God) or any other reason outside the control of, or not arising out of any willful act or default by VFS Global.
